Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original shipping box.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned footwear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 5-7 business days.
